A key component of the 48’ x 8’ mixed media interactive mural is the QR code prominently displayed that provides a link to essential resources and support for first responders, medical professionals, US military service members, veterans, and their families.
Artist Dean Davis, a US Navy Veteran himself, will be completing another mural on the exterior of Fort Lauderdale Fire Station #49. Also, as part of the Key to Service Initiative, this piece will be unveiled on September 11, 2024.
